Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Banking Regulatory Reporting Developer with expertise in Altrix, Power BI, and Python. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory reporting within the banking sector, with a strong understanding of CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review) or similar regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain regulatory reporting processes using Altrix, Power BI, and Python to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement data models and visualizations to facilitate regulatory reporting and analysis.
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of regulatory reports.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to continuously enhance reporting processes.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Compliance, Risk Management, and Finance, to address regulatory inquiries and requests.
- Provide technical support and training to end users on reporting tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of [8] years of experience in banking regulatory reporting, with a focus on CCAR or similar regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in Altrix, Power BI, and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Strong understanding of banking products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a financial institution or regulatory agency is preferred.
