The candidate must have the ability to switch from project to project and manage many components at one time. · BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or another related field or equivalent. · Solid 3 years of supporting Salesforce CRM, experience with Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics a definite plus. · Proven technical acumen to translate business requirements into functional design. · Post-Secondary education in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent training/ experience · A customer advocate with excellent listening skills to fully understand customer requirements and pain points. · Proven presentation and communication skills with client executives · Financial Domain experience is mandatory. · Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines, while working in a · fast-paced environment · Ability to build trust remotely as well as in person. · Understanding of XML, SQL, and enterprise application integration · A thorough understanding of B2B marketing /sales pipeline practices and KPIs · Proven advanced spreadsheet skills (formulas, data cleansing and data manipulation) · Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Consultant, and/or Developer) is a definite plus.
