Position: Senior Software Engineer - Android/iOS Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA / Austin, TX – Onsite - Hybrid
Duration: 12+ Months
No OPT / CPT / GC EAD / H1-Transfer

JOB SUMMARY
As a software engineer in the Customer Success Platform mobile team, you will work with various feature domains and external partners to create the next-generation client Assistant experiences.
Qualifications (Must):
- Must have Custom views and dynamic Animation Views experience with UI Design Experience.
- BS/BA or equivalent with 8+ years professional software development experience
- Experience in designing, developing, and delivering software and/or platforms used by other developers (libraries)
- Deep expertise in Android/iOS development experience (Kotlin, Java, Swift, Objective-C, RxJava, SwiftUI, etc.)
- Have released Android/iOS app.
- Good understanding of Web services and SOA-related standards like REST/JSON.
- Familiar and comfortable with Android/iOS/Web technologies, the tradeoffs, and the design patterns emerging.
- Proven problem-solver and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively both independently as well and within a team using Agile methodology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sharp learning curve and open to learning/working in new technologies/platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support)
- Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code.
- Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions.
- Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
- Design interfaces to improve user experience.
- Liaise with Product development and other internal teams to plan new features.
- Ensure new applications meet quality standards.
- Research and suggest new mobile products, applications, and protocols.
- First time for client's creating an assistant bot.
- Leading the pack by using AI – no one else has led by AI for creating an assistant bot.
- Working on user-driven approach to build UI elements and layouts and composing experience
