Title: Service Manager

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Initially Remote)

Duration: Long Term Contract

 

Job Description : 

  • Strong Service Management and Service Reporting Skills.
  • Hands on experience in Incident Management
  • Should be able to lead and run the Incident management process and able to manage the Governance, Change Management
  • Should be able to lead and run the CAB meetings, Problem Management
  • Should be able to lead and run the problem management meetings with stake holders.
  • Hands on experience in Service Reporting
  • should have experience in interacting with CXOs and senior Leadership of the organization by catering to the various MIS reports
  • Should have experience in Service Now Admin
  • Certification is preferable.
  • Should be able to lead a team of 5 employees.
