- Hands on experience in Incident Management
- Should be able to lead and run the Incident management process and able to manage the Governance, Change Management
- Should be able to lead and run the CAB meetings, Problem Management
- Should be able to lead and run the problem management meetings with stake holders.
- Hands on experience in Service Reporting
- should have experience in interacting with CXOs and senior Leadership of the organization by catering to the various MIS reports
- Should have experience in Service Now Admin
- Certification is preferable.
- Should be able to lead a team of 5 employees.
