The IBM InfoSphere OPTIM Developer will be a part of a dynamic and fun environment where you will be responsible for standing up and implementing Infosphere Optim Virtual Data Pipeline and FileNet, along with new developments. • Implement Infosphere Optim Virtual Data Pipeline and FileNet,
• Identify current and emerging business needs and evaluate alternative IT solutions using standard information systems methodologies and best practices

How you add even MORE value

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or STEM degree, Master's Degree Preferred
• 10+ years' experience in designing, coding, unit testing, and/or maintaining complex software programs.
• 3+ years' experience years of IBM InfoSphere OPTIM - (tool experience A Must)
• Strong working experience with IBM FileNet P8 platform.
• Hands-on experience with CE APIs PE APIs WAT Framework Workplace
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline
• Experience in developing FileNet server-side extension subscription events
• Strong working experience with transformations with complex schemas.
• Experience working with SQL (tables, queries, etc.) and relational databases
• Strong working experience managing data objects using formats such as JSON and XML
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), along with excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Self-starter, motivated, and proactive with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple efforts
• Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and leadership skills with the ability to quickly build credibility, influence, and make recommendations to all levels
• Problem-solving; ability to break complex issues into manageable pieces and function successfully in a high-pressure, quick-turnaround environment
