Job Summary :
• We need someone act as a liaison between PM/PO and Scrum team.
• We need help in daily Scrum team activities e.g JIRA, Attending Scrum ceremonies, Confluence page documentation, etc…
Skill set
• Experienced professional, best if have Retail knowledge
• Must have: -
o Datawarehouse experience and can query database.
o Agile experience is must.
o SDLC experience.Senior ETL BI, Data produts having 10+ years with Talend, SNF, DataStage and Intermediate Shell scripting skill set
o Intermediate SQL skill
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Responsible for defining Team Product Backlog of User Stories including backlog prioritization, refinement, and creation of acceptance criteria along with agreed upon definition of done. Has autonomy to make decisions around the team backlog.
• Support PO/PM in requirement gathering, Creating data dictionaries etc..
• Partner with the Sr. Product Owner/PM to understand priorities and PI features and supports driving the Product Increment (PI) objective at the Team Level
• Drives Iteration Goals and content via prioritized user stories
• Leads functional feature discovery efforts.
• Responsible for creating healthy backlog for up-to 2 Sprints.
• Ensures the team’s backlog aligns to the roadmap
• Acts as the Customer for Scrum Teams including being the liaison between the PM/ PO and team
• Ensures team risks and dependencies are identified and managed
• Accountable for identifying and manage risks, scope trade-offs, and timeline impacts. Communicate with PM/PO.
•Collaborator of dependencies with the team, Product Mgr and other teams for optimal delivery outcomes
• Expert in JIRA, Confluence and other Agile tools.
