Maintain Middleware application On premise in 5 Data Centers with over 800+ servers and in Azure with 3 regions, 6 Namespaces. Manage 24*7 monitoring of Middleware application and ensure no alerts/issues are missed. Assist team in troubleshooting issues, Handling Outages, resolving/mitigating Incidents & decision making. Analysis of logs, capture thread/heap dumps to identify performance issues. Participate in AT&T RCA calls to assist to find causers and analyze Chronic issues. Meet SLA’s for Application availability and Mean time to restore Assisting team in deployments, releases, Hot fixes with Deployment tools such as GIT/Code Cloud(Code repository), Cfengine(deployment tool On prem), Jenkins(Deployment tool for mS on prem), Azure Dev Ops, HELM charts and FLUX(Deployment on Azure) and resolving post deployment issues Manage Cutover of API traffic from on premise to Azure and troubleshoot issues in Cutover. Planning and executing timely compliance deliveries of RHEL upgrades, OS patching, Device & ASTRA(Azure) Vulnerabilities Attend client calls and update them on deliverables through ticket tracking in Itrack via Kanban Dashboard Daily team meetings for Hand over and updates/past issue discussions I would appreciate if you could reach out on my below mentioned contact coordinates, should the position be of interest to you.
