Platform Environment Architect
Location : Boston , MA ( Hybrid 2 to 3 days onsite )
Duration : 6+ months will go up to 18 months
Visa: All apart from H1B/CPT


NEED EXCELLENT COM SKILLS --- FINANCIAL EXP IS MUST


Must Have:
o Experience with messaging MQ and Kafka Connect
o Ability to engage/manage a release structure
o Experience working in a large scale cloud-native / SaaS environment
o What type of software skills is an absolute must have? Release management capabilities / development of monitoring tools for front to back platform
o Good Communication skills – imp.
o Understanding of Snowflake -at a medium level - not beginner
o Must have cloud less experience
o Experience working in a large scale cloud-native / SaaS environment
o What type of software skills is an absolute must have? SQL knowledge

Skills:
o 9-10 years
o Financial experience
o Proven leadership and program management skills
o Proven strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making, analytical/problem solving and negotiation skills
o Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple organizations to reach common goals
o Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
o Experience with data integration and client onboarding including troubleshooting data movement - is a Data and systems analyst-focused role
o Ability to design, configure, and enhance monitoring dashboards
o Experience preferred: Messaging, Kafka, Cloud, Snowflake, Financial domain IT experience, work with Infrastructure team and other teams.


What type of background would you like this person to have?
o Demonstrated experience with data integration and client onboarding
o SQL knowledge with hands on skills
o Understanding of Snowflake is an added advantage
o Require Bachelor's Degree minimum
