Develop structured and maintainable code. b. Can develop Batch programs and Stored Procedures 2. DB2 a. Understands Explains b. Can recognize poor performance and tune SQL. c. Not a must but understands Multi-Row processing / Get Diagnostics d. Not a must but understands Virtual Tables 3. JCL 4. ChangeMan 5. BMC or AQT 6. Easily turns Technical Specifications into COBOL code and SQL 7. Can do unit test work 8.
