Responsibilities : 6 + years of direct Project Management experience with healthcare payer operations Client Engagement / Interacting with Stake Holders experience is Mandatory. Candidate must have recent hands-on experience in project/program resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting with both on-shore and off-shore staff. Experience leading projects and programs within and outside IT, As well as projects and programs that involve external providers. Demonstrated ability in estimating, calculating, and reporting on financials Possess excellent communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.  Optional  Specific experience as it relates to required and desired skills Experience transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodology.  MS Project, Planview, or similar project management tool MS Office Suite (MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)  PMP Preferred but not required; SAFe Scrum Master or CSM desired Implements Mandate projects to ensure BSC is compliant with regulations, laws, and national association requirements.
