Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced D365 Developer to join our team and contribute to the modernization of federal healthcare. As a full-stack developer, you will have the opportunity to develop transformative applications from vision to production-ready systems. Your role will involve utilizing advanced skills, staying updated with new tools and techniques, identifying and implementing system improvements, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate is passionate about problem-solving, has a deep understanding of Java technologies, and is adept at working in an Agile environment. This is a remote position, open to candidates located anywhere within the U.S., including the District of Columbia.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end solutions for federal healthcare systems using Java technologies and Agile lifecycle development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze system needs and requirements, considering current and future architecture, functionality, and enhancements.

• Implement architectural approaches like microservices, domain-driven design, n-tier, etc., to overcome challenges faced by customers.

• Stay updated with the latest software development trends and techniques, and apply them to improve system performance and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with 508 requirements and other relevant standards.

• Conduct regression testing and ensure system reliability and stability.

• Mentor and assist team members in their professional development.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand system requirements.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Dynamics software developer or software engineer.

• Proficiency in C#, Java, JavaScript, Java Beans, JSP, JMS, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, CSS, DHTML, HTML, or XML.

• Strong knowledge of software development and user interface web applications.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.

• High School Diploma or GED.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with regression testing.

• Familiarity with architecture styles and APIs including SOAP, REST, or RPC.

• Knowledge of 508 compliance requirements.

• Experience working in Agile frameworks.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• SAFe Certifications.
