Role – Guidewire QA  Duration – Long Term  Location – Texas (Onsite)                 Position Responsibilities: Lead the quality engineering for the Guidewire policy center implementation. Conduct assessments on the maturity of the Quality Assurance processes, effectiveness, efficiency, tools and provide an implementation strategy. Build and implement Test Strategy Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle. Lead design sessions and code reviews to elevate the quality engineering across the organization. Define, create, and support reusable automated test solutions from a business and technology perspective. Creates automated test cases, executes test suites, reviews and diagnoses reported bugs, and ensures overall system quality prior to a product release. Execute software delivery utilizing an Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe), continuous delivery and continuous testing. Build product definitions and leverage technical skills to determine solutions. Mentor other engineers. Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams. Qualifications: Certified as an TMMi professional. Experience in Guidewire policy center testing Experience in test automation, frameworks, and testing tools Advanced understanding of DevOps concepts including Cloud tools. Advanced understanding of Shift Left, AI and ML , Business Process Automation Practical knowledge working in an Agile environment. Experience with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code. Strong problem-solving ability. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle (task management, source code, building, deployment, operations, real-time communication). Experience working within automated testing frameworks using C#, Selenium (Nunit/TestNG), Selenium Grid, Web Service Automation, SOAP, RESTful, PowerShell Scripting skill, Database SQL, Appium.
