REMOTE - Urgent need for a Lead Genesys Developer at San Antonio, TX, or Irvine, CA preferred (Hybrid) for the long term

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Job Title: Genesys Lead Developer

Location: San Antonio, TX, or Irvine, CA preferred (Hybrid)

Duration: Long-Term contract

Experience: 10 years

Vendor: Solugenix

 

Qualifications:

·             Have more than 10 years of experience in the Genesys suite of products including Framework, eServices, Routing, Reporting, Call Recording, WFM, etc.

·             Solid understanding of the Genesys on-premises contact center infrastructure and understanding of the high viability and disaster recovery models.

·             Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·             Must be a team player with experience in Agile methodologies both Scrum and Kanban.

·             Ability to lead and execute technology projects from start to end.

·             Help other associates with operational-related activities.

·             Conduct proof of concepts for new capabilities/solutions.
