Position:- Mainframe Analyst (RPS / Vantage Exp Must to have)

Location:- Windsor, CT (Can be remote preferrable east coast based candidates)

Duration:-Long contract

Responsibility:-

Current RPS is in the cloud and many applications are microfocus in azure/github.

• Related mainframe JCL/Linux scripts and TWS scheduler work needs to be done to remove ACES (Vantage Admin) files from some apps.

• Good understanding of RPS systems and Vantage.

• Figure out RPS cycle and check code for dependencies.

• Intermediate knowledge of analysis in Microfocus COBOL.

• Hand on experience with JCL and Scripting.

• Handle some of the things like service now themselves.

• Ability to resolve problems utilizing appropriate resources.

• Collaborate with dual shore team members and other teams.

• Should be able to articulate analysis and communicate to stakeholders.
