Role:  SAP OTC BSA/Functional Consultant

Location: Remote but must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time to Minnesota

 

Responsibilities

• Definition and configuration of key processes that drive OTC solutions, integration and processes
• Map functional capabilities of IT systems to meet business requirements
• Support of non-SAP Applications
• Ensure consistent definition and compliance of security
• Support issue and weekly progress reporting
• Collaboration/Oral Communications – Able to develop and maintain professional relationships
• Become a functional expert on client business processes and drive solutions to business problems through collaboration with analysts, architects, developers, and process and data experts from other process areas; bridge the gap between people, processes, and technology
• Gather and document system and process requirements through meetings, workshops, site visits, and job shadowing; create and maintain documentation and process maps on Order to Cash business processes and projects
• Create, refine, and maintain user stories and associated deliverables such as process flows and test cases.
• Perform testing after configuration/development is complete.
• Assist with development of end-user training materials.
• Ensure technical solutions maintain design integrity, adhere to functional specs and meet the business needs.
• Ensure key milestones are met on time and within budget

 

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience including experience as a senior business analyst and/or project manager
• Proficiency in SAP S/4, specifically in OTC
• Capability to execute complex assignments and projects with minimal direction
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to articulate design concepts and solutions verbally and in written documentation
