• IBM Connect Direct (NDM). IBM B2B & File Transfer, IBM Sterling Control Center, IBM Secure Proxy Axway Secure Transport, Primeur Spazio, PGP Axway Cyclon Activator, EFG, LFG and MFT.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting and administrating enterprise File Transfer environments in IBM Sterling Suite of products
• 5+ IBM Connect: Direct process creation and support experience
• 5+ years’ experience working with Axway Secure Transport software
• 5+ years’ experience working with IBM Secure File Gateway software
• Ability to lead during times of ambiguity and change
• Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change
• Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
• Experience with IBM Sterling Secure Proxy application
• Experience with Sterling Control Center
• Certification is good
