Job description:
Data Analytics
Location : REMOTE
Visa :  ALL NO H1B/OPT /CPT

NO VIOP OR GOOGLE VOICE NUMBERS

EDUCATION COMPLETION DATE SHOULD BE MENTIONED ON THE RESUME

Analytics (Customer Engagement and Communication, as well as learning and development)
1. Presentation Experience
2. Python, R, SQL, Excel or related tools
3. Data Visualizations (Tableau)
4. Assessment Experience (Learning Engagement = web, e-learning,)
5. Analytic Experience (Forecasting)


Key Qualifications:
• 7+ years experience working in global analytics teams
• Comfort working in and through ambiguity; cross-functional experience is a must
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to find creative solutions
• Create assessments that are valid and fair for a variety of delivery types including app, web, on the job, virtual classroom, and classroom
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of statistical and forecasting principles
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with Python, R, SQL and related tools
• Experience creating compelling data visualizations and building presentations using Keynote
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - you can convey complex ideas simply
• Use statistics, along with the concepts of reliability and validity, to analyze the performance of items and tests
• Meticulous attention to detail, an ability to collaborate effectively between business and data groups
• Critical and curious thinker with the ability to focus on both the details and big picture
• Ability to work and speak to both creative and technical teams


Education & Experience:
BS/BA degree required; MS degree a plus - ideally in an analytical field such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics.
