Job Title- Network Administrator
Location: Irvine, CA (Need Local)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
 Visa – USC, GC, GC EAD and H4 EAD

Responsibilities:
ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment in order to ensure smooth network operation. The candidate would have 7+ years of infrastructure administration and 5+ years of experience in network administration preferably using Cisco products.

Must Have:

• Top 3:

o 5+ years of route/switch experience
o CNA
o Ability to work in a team atmosphere

• CCNA required, CCNP or CCIE preferred, PCNSA or PCNSE preferred
• What type of software skills is an absolute must have? Ability to perform upgrades on Cisco IOS and NXOS platforms
• Proven experience in a network administrator role
• Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching
• What type of background would you like this person to have?
  o IT background with enfaces on Cisco networking

Plus:

• Knowledge of Cisco DNAC
• Knowledge of Cisco NDFC
• CCNP or CCIE
• Previous State Street candidates tend to be front runners here! Need to have not worked there 3 months to be rehired

Responsibilities:
• What is the day to day of the person going to look like? Be specific.
o Design and deploy new network equipment in IMS West data centers
o Assist end users with issues or requests
o Identifying issues as they arise
As Network Engineer, Architect you will
- Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate routers, switches, load balancers and firewalls
- Install and integrate new network hardware and appliances
- Support and administer third-party data feeds
- Ensure network security and connectivity
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
- Research and make recommendations on network system administration
- Specify system requirements and design solutions.
