This role will involve working on complex Salesforce projects, leveraging Omniscript to enhance and optimize our clients' Salesforce implementations.
Job Summary:
As a Senior Salesforce Developer with Omniscript experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions using Omniscript. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and administrators, to understand client requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce development and Omniscript will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Utilize Omniscript to build dynamic and user-friendly interfaces for complex business processes within Salesforce.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical designs and solutions.
Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including code optimization, scalability, and maintainability.
Work closely with the technical team and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Perform unit testing and resolve any defects or issues identified during the testing phase.
Assist in data migration and integration efforts between Salesforce and other systems.
Provide guidance and support to junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise in Salesforce development and Omniscript.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization within Salesforce using Omniscript.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Strong expertise in Omniscript development, including creating dynamic and interactive interfaces within Salesforce.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data modeling, and best practices for designing scalable solutions.
Experience with Lightning Experience and Lightning Design System for building responsive and modern user interfaces.
Proven ability to work on complex Salesforce projects, delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II are highly desired.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues in Salesforce applications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
