Job Description

1. Experience managing and configuring a Google Analytics Implementation
2. Experience in providing guidance to technical teams on the implementation of usage analytics platforms with website, web and desktop applications, along with custom events data collection.
3. Troubleshooting of usage analytic implementation to ensure accurate data collection and report generation


Years’ Experience:
7+ years


Profile Requirements:
Google Analytics (preferably GA4) administration.
Administration of usage analytics and observability/monitoring technologies
Provide guidance to product team on usage platform capabilities, limitations, and techniques to obtain usage analytics for making decision and driving towards achieving objectives
Provide written guidance for development teams to follow to better unify logging across FM Global Products in a consistent well architected manner including the use of micro-UI.
Proactively identify problems that must be fixed by product teams to ensure proper reporting Troubleshoot, recommend remediations, and guide validation of reliability issues (e.g. 1 event firing 20x)
Significant UI development experience and experience debugging using DevTools
Preferred experience and technologies: MS Azure Application Insights, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, Splunk, or DataDog; Typescript, React Framework, and .NET or another Object-Oriented Language; Optional: Kusto, KQL, SQL, Scripting languages such as Python, PowerS Event tagging
