Senior Java Performance Engineer Location :Oaks, PA (Day -1 Onsite, Hybrid) Duration : Contract/ Full-Time Note: Prefer to have local candidate but nearby candidate is also fine, this is Day 1 onsite role (Hybrid basis) Job Description: Skills Required: Conduct meeting with the business or development team to identify the scope Thorough understanding of business and the infrastructure Preparing the performance test strategy Analysing the tool capabilities Securing the performance test environment Communicating with business/development team manager regularly Coordinating performance testers and monitoring their progress Reviewing the test scripts Reviewing the workload model Reviewing the test execution results Reviewing the final test results Conducting defect triage meetings Presenting the report to the development/business team Securing the approvals from the architects. 10+ Yrs Experience in troubleshooting/ Development of Java applications and performance engineering of java applications Expertise in setting up and monitoring the performance related tools like Kibana , elastic search , Grafana , Parametheus Experience in setting up and monitoring cluster Experience in monolithic application and micro services architecture in cloud environment Experience in web Services , Kafka, Kubernetes Experience in JFR , Dynatrace, Experience, JVM Analysis Skills Preferred: Java, Unix, Perl, Shell Scripting, GIT, Jenkins, Rally, CI/CD Good to have Production Support (Analysis and Troubleshooting skill ) experience.
