Role DESCRIPTION
- Drive Enterprise Architecture strategy and thought leadership
- Evaluate Enterprise Architecture maturity and develop roadmap for improvement
- Proficient in Enterprise Architecture concepts and industry standard frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, BIZBOK
- Experienced in defining and implementing EA standards (principles, templates) and processes (governance, knowledge management)
- Define EA operating model, scope and implementation plan
- Define and implement Architecture Governance and Metrics management
- Define and implement EA Content Management processes
- Experienced in defining Architecture Patterns and Reference Architectures
- Experienced in developing EA solutions pertaining to current state analysis, transformation, rationalization, portfolio management, tech debt assessment etc,.
- Define roles and responsibilities for various architecture roles
- Collaborate with various business and technology stakeholders to articulate architecture requirements/ use cases and translate into EA solutions
- Ability to understand and connect entities / relationships across architecture domains such as Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Data Architecture and Technology Architecture
- Experienced in EA tools such as ARIS, Lean IX, Signavio, Alfabet
- Experienced in EA modelling frameworks such as Archimate, BPMN 2.0, EPC
- Assess EA tool features and propose appropriate tooling solutions for client requirements
- Develop and deliver training content related to EA concepts, standards and processes
- Identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement opportunities for EA processes
