Develop SAP SuccessFactors training materials that are engaging, effective, and aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
This includes creating instructional content, training manuals, presentations, videos, and other training materials.
Experience with training tools like Articulate & Captivate.
Conduct needs analyses to determine the training needs of the organization, and to identify areas for improvement in existing training programs.
Manage training projects, to ensure that training programs are delivered on time using the right tools.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and other evaluation methods, and make recommendations for improvements.
