Role : Senior Duck Creek PAS Developer

Location : Fully Remote

Duration : 12+ Months

 

 

Responsibilities:

This position is to improve/troubleshoot complex issues for our Policy Admin System (PAS) hosted on the Duck Creek Platform.

• Transforms vision into a workable design and solution for projects and applications
• Develop well-designed, testable, efficient code in Duck Creek s Author platform
• Work with Integration teams to interface with external applications and services
• Oversees technical development resources. Coordinates with other projects & teams
• Work with Product Owners and business users to provide support for the Policy Administration System. This includes inspecting policy data, correcting session data, and providing manuscript support when required
• Assists the Digital strategy team in developing standards, methodologies, and processes for development, testing, and release management.

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty IT experience is strongly preferred
• 5 years or more of experience using Accenture Duck Creek's toolset Express, Server, Author, Transact, Forms, User Admin, XSLT Transformation, XML, HTML5, SQL
• Experience in Duck Creek. v5. x,v6. x and beyond
• Proficient in one of the following languages: C#, Java, Visual Basic. NET, JavaScript, or other mainstream object-oriented languages
• Experience working directly with technical, business stakeholders/leadership in formulating technical requirements to solve business problems
• Energetic and engaging self-starters possessing strong analytical, communication, organizational and technology skills
• Will abide by departmental policies and procedures, including authority levels, to comply with C&F s risk management controls.

Good-to-have skills:

• Any experience related to Cloud Computing or Amazon Web Services
• Duck Creek Anywhere API, Message Hub
• Duck Creek Insights: Financial and Regulatory Reporting, Microsoft SSRS
