Job Title: IBM DB2 UDB DBA
Duration: 9+ Months contract
Location: Remote Role
Visa: USC, GC, GC EAD AND H4 EAD
 
The candidate must have 7+ years of experience working in the financial services industry with large DB2 UDB databases (v11.x) on LUW environment.
Must Haves:
     5-7 years' experience with DB2 UDB 11.x

1. 5-7 years' experience as SQL developer.
2. Demonstrable experience with analyzing complex stored procedures.
3. Extensive experience with database performance tuning including stored procedures.
4. Solid knowledge of IBM DB2 UDB and technical database concepts, such as: logical relational data modeling, physical data modeling, tuning large instances, resource management, data replication and backup/recovery techniques.
5. Experience evaluating and implementing new UDB features to address business requirements.
6. Experience in LINUX/UNIX Korn Shell scripting
7. Autosys job management experience highly desired.
