Job Duties:

The Python Developer for the IT Business Intelligence and Data Management team is responsible for core application development on a fast-paced, energetic team. They participate in high profile, mission critical applications to develop and maintain the enterprise application integration solutions that present data to our customers.
 
What they are looking for/Requirements:

Required:
3+ years of strong Python development experience
Strong SQL skills, especially with SQL Server and DB2
Strong ETL via DataStage, Snowflake SQL via Data Forms
Experience translating business and data requirements into technical solutions
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Mentor other developers on the team

Preferred:
Experience with Python 3.x
Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data structures, and ETL best practices
Knowledge of property & casualty insurance
