The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience working with SAP ABAP and will have experience leading a team of developers. The SAP ABAP Lead will be responsible for the development and maintenance of custom SAP solutions using SAP ABAP programming language.
Responsibilities: - Lead a team of SAP ABAP developers in the design, development, and maintenance of custom SAP solutions using SAP ABAP programming language
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical specifications for custom SAP solutions
- Develop, test, and deploy custom SAP solutions using SAP ABAP programming language
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to custom SAP solutions
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration of custom SAP solutions with existing SAP modules
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP ABAP development trends and technologies
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience working with SAP ABAP
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading a team of developers
- Strong experience in developing custom SAP solutions using SAP ABAP programming language
- Experience in SAP development methodologies and standards
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration with other modules
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in SAP S/4 HANA development
- Experience in SAP Fiori development
- SAP ABAP certification
