Job Description:

We would like a experienced BA on a project supporting OEE and CEPI.  The BA resource would assist with Requirement Analysis, Functional Design and Testing documentation for all systems, Processes, Data flows, and Services impacted by the project. The resource should have an expert level experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, creating the Functional and Architecture requirements, End to end testing, Bug tracking, and Coordination/Communication skills with state agency stakeholders, and DTMB team members. Relevant IT system integration experience is needed.

 The person in this role will work closely with business users and the development teams to analyze business requirements, document requirements, and provide feedback on the actual system implementation of the business logic.  This position will setup the Agile sprint processes for this project and run the Agile sprint meetings. This position supports the development team on the project by providing requirements clarification, removing roadblocks in the development process.

Knowledge and understanding of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)
Project management skills and knowledge in project management and related methodologies
Knowledge of Cloud based IT solution (Azure, AWS) and API services
