Project Manager/Business Analyst
USC, GC, OPT/EAD, CPT/EAD, EAD/GC, H4/EAD,
Chicago, IL Remote
PM/BA - Investment Accounting Systems, such as: Clearwater, Backstop Solutions, FundCount. This is a part time remote contract engagement. Qualified candidates must have experience with Investment and Investment Accounting Systems implementations. In this role you will be leading the requirements gathering, RFP drafting and vendor selections process. You will be supporting the internal investment department team as they are going through the process for selecting a new Investment and Accounting Systems, including but not limited to: Clearwater, Backstop Solutions, and FundCount. In this role you will be required to meet with Stakeholders during business hours 8-5 CST Mon-Fri, when scheduled.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's in computer science or similar field of study or equivalent work experience
- 10 years PM/BA experience
- 5 years' experience as a PM/BA working with Investment and Investment Accounting Systems
- 5 plus years' experience leading requirements gathering and RFP processes
Core Qualifications (Required)
- Business Systems Analysis – experience working with stakeholders and implementing Investment and Investment Accounting Systems
- Project Management (Certifications nice to have)
- Experience with requirements gathering creating RFP's for Investment and Investment Accounting implementation
- 5 plus years working and in enterprise Agile environment
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work in the IT PMO supporting the companies Investment Business, work with the stakeholders to understand current process and requirements for future state.
- Create and RFP based on industry best practices
- Participate in Vendor selection
- Work as the PM/BA overseeing software implementations, ensuring stakeholders needs are met and understood, ensuring optimization of the selected tool, ensuring timelines are met, roadblocks are overcome, and issues and risks are addressed quickly, and solutions are in place to ensure an efficient implementation
