Job Role: Pega User Experience Architect Job Location: Remote Job Duration: Long Term   Job Description:           Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with everyone on both the project and client teams, especially the developers, business architects, product owners, and stakeholders to communicate the UX strategy. Lead design workshops to steer the business as to proper design requirements and approach. Building on the Pega enterprise development framework. Building mockups, proof of concepts, and design patterns to set a project up for a successful user experience. Developing new user-facing features using React.js. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. Requirements and Qualifications: Advanced HTML5, CSS, JS, J Query. Advanced experience with JS Frameworks (React, Angular). Advanced design experience – graphic or UI design. Prototyping experience in common mockup tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 2-3 years Pega Experience. Preferred: Intermediate to advanced UI design experience. Intermediate to advanced enterprise software development experience. Experience working with workflow design. Experience with Typescript. Familiarity with Design Thinking or related methodologies. Experience in designing for accessibility and testing for accessibility. Education: Computer Science or Design degree or relevant experience. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
