Position: Lead DevOps Engineer

Location: Remote is Fine (but Local to TX / KY candidates only)

Duration: 12+ MONTHS CONTRACT

Client: Board walkers Pipelines (through Prime Vendor)

Visa: USC & GC Only

JOB DESCRIPTION:

10+ years of in-depth, hands-on experience in architecture and designing highly complex, distributed applications using AWS micro services.
10+ years’ experience with delivery of cloud resources via automation and DevOps, CI/CD
Extensive experience with Bash scripting, Linux, Terraform, Ansible, JSON, YAML, Python, JavaScript, NodeJS, CloudFormation, GitHub, JFrog Artifactory, and CircleCI
Experience with cloud networking, security, and compliance aspects
Ability to learn cloud native services and do the proof of concepts as part of the solutions.
Developing templates or scripts to automate everyday infrastructure or operations functions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available environment
Experience leading/managing a DevOps team.
Experience with Agile Software Development methods
