- Awareness on Data Governance trends and best practices
- Demonstrated aptitude in rolling out data governance and data quality and exposure to best practices
- Experience/knowledge of various standards and compliance
- Experience in process improvement
- Ability to link master data issues/challenges to business processes, problems, and analytics to business outcomes.
- Proven capability to collaborate, conduct, and lead sessions with Business and IT resources
- Strong Project delivery – timeline and milestone management, stakeholder relationship management
- Experience in delivering Governance strategy, assessments & implementation roadmap
- Experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Security
- Exposure to Reporting, Analytics, and data lake environments
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree required / Master’s or MBA preferred
- Relevant experience in Data Governance with knowledge in data domains such as Products Materials, Customer
- Experience having executed large scale, high-impacts data projects or solutions.
- Experience with Data Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with consulting and pre-sales experience
- Creative thinking / innovative mind set
- Education and training related to business processes improvement, data governance and its desired business outcomes
