Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our SAP Hybris e-commerce platform. The Lead DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and providing mentorship to team members. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP Hybris, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure, and a proven track record of leading teams.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for SAP Hybris e-commerce platform, using tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or Azure DevOps
• Manage cloud infrastructure, including deploying and scaling SAP Hybris applications in AWS or Azure
• Ensure that infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable, and that it adheres to best practices and industry standards.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members, including conducting code reviews and providing feedback.
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure that infrastructure and application changes are tested and deployed seamlessly.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, and incorporate new tools and techniques as appropriate

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 3 years of experience leading a team.
• 5-8 years of experience in SAP Hybris e-commerce platform.
• Strong understanding of SAP Hybris e-commerce platform, and experience with implementing and deploying it in a cloud environment
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with managing cloud infrastructure, including deploying and scaling SAP Hybris applications in AWS or Azure.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience with containerization and container orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of networking and security concepts and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certifications in relevant technologies, such as SAP Hybris Commerce Developer.
