ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
1) PMP certification
2) Property and Casualty Insurance domain experience
3) COTS (commercial off the shelf software) experience
4) Software Application project experience (no infrastructure), MUST be a PROJECT Manager NOT a PROGRAM Manager.
