Description:

The primary focus of this position is to drive sales and win new business by providing customized Salesforce solutions to potential customers.
Responsibilities:

Conduct discovery sessions with potential customers to understand their business needs and requirements
Create customized Salesforce solutions that meet the specific needs of each potential customer
Deliver presentations and demonstrations of Salesforce solutions to potential customers
Respond to RFPs and RFIs from potential customers
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for winning new business
Provide expertise and guidance to the sales team on Salesforce products and solutions
Identify potential risks and issues with proposed solutions and provide recommendations for mitigation
Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce product updates and changes
Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers and key stakeholders
Work with the implementation team to ensure successful handover of the solution design to the delivery team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
Salesforce certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect or Certified Application Architect, are a great plus
Proven experience in a presales or sales engineering role, with a focus on Salesforce solutions
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and CPQ Cloud
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to travel, as needed (Not much)
