- 8 + years’ experience providing Network Engineering support

- Experience managing a WiFi6 rollout

- 5 + years’ experience building/managing relationships with senior technical customers

- 5 + years’ experience supporting Cisco ASA/Palo Alto Firewalls

- 5 + years’ experience supporting F5 Load Balancers

- 3 + years’ experience supporting Cloud-based network infrastructure (Azure/AWS)

- 3 + years’ experience supporting multicast (IGMP, PIM, RP)

- Experience with automation tools, Python, Ansible, etc.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Extensive experience with the following technologies BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, QoS, PBR, VSS, HSRP, STP, and WAN Optimization technologies

- Experience configuring and maintaining Cisco ISE in an enterprise environment

- Experience supporting Arista and Cisco switching (Catalyst/Nexus)

- Operational experience with SD-WAN solutions a plus

- Operational experience with Cisco Meraki (Wireless) a plus
