Role: Lead Business Analyst with P&C Insurance

Location: Erie, PA- Hybrid 2 days office and 3 days WFH

Duration: Long Term Contract

Need 10 years profile with P&C Insurance domain exp.

Responsibilities:

10+ years of relevant experience. As Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing the project requirements.
Drive discussions with business stakeholders, prioritize work, manage all the initiatives such as project deliveries and enhancements end to end, provide implementation, and post implementation support, interact with stakeholders across portfolios.
Requirement gathering per industry standards. Work with stakeholders to complete clear and concise requirements within the proposed timelines. Interact with various stakeholders (Business , UX and IT) to gather and Elicitate the requirements. Document them per the project process
Document functional flows and use cases.
Act as a trusted advisor to the product owner, Solution architect, User Experience team and development team. Need to have overall big picture of the project and pro-actively plan.
Good presentation skills (show and tells), tailoring the message to Sponsor level vs sharing technical details better suited for IT project team. Provide requirements walkthroughs.
Drive and collaborate with Solution architects, Tech leads and User experience during design sessions.
Support System and UAT testing
Provide release notes and understanding of release functionality to Business.
Transition project knowledge and understanding to offshore teams.
Well versed with Agile methodology and should be able to conduct all the scrum ceremonies.

Mandatory Skills:

Significant Business Analysis experience across the project life cycle (Overall 10+ years preferred)
Knowledge of the key functions and processes such as P&C Insurance Domain knowledge, Personal Auto Knowledge added advantage.
Developing applications on responsive design (Web/ Portal Technology, Tablet & Mobile).
Experience in leading projects using Agile methodology, Waterfall and Iterative
Lead and drive the projects from an analyst perspective.
Problem solving and facilitation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive approach
