Required Skills

 

·         Experience working with an ERP system Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and/or Research Administration

·         Experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence

·         Experience gathering reporting requirements in a Workday ERP environment.

·         Attention to detail

·         Strong problem-solving skills

·         Sound judgement in decision-making

·         Strong communication skills -- both written and oral -- including the ability to communicate sensitive information effectively

·         Public speaking skills and comfort presenting to large groups

·         Forward-thinking; ability to ground conversation in a vision for the future versus constraints of the current state

 

Desired Skills

·         Experience working in a higher education setting

·         Knowledge of the UW System and UW-Madison business support environment

·         General knowledge of HR/Finance/Grants compliance requirements
