Title: MS D365 Functional Lead 

Location:100% Remote 

Contract: 12 months

Job Description:

• Minimum years of Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) Techno-Functional experience.
• Must have functional knowledge on Field Service (Out of the box functionality and processes)
• Must have experience on leading requirements gathering sessions and preparing demos using Dynamics 365
• Must have hands on experience in designing, configuring and providing solutions using out of the box Dynamics 365 CE
• Must have experience in differentiating out of the box vs custom development
• Must have experience in documenting business requirements and interpreting them into functional requirements based on platform capabilities
