Desired Background / Knowledge / Skills
- Strong understanding of major platforms Salesforce, Service Now, WorkDay, O365 and more.
- Experience automating lifecycle operations tasks for SaaS platforms and API automation.
- Experience with our tech stack (, SFDC APEX , Java, Java Script, Python, Ruby, Ansible, Terraform, ) is strongly preferred
- Strong foundation with Linux and Windows System Administration
- Ability to learn wide variety of CI/CD technologies and tools
- Experience with monitoring and analyzing SaaS security settings, ACL's, and API's
- Some exposure to security and compliance requirements in healthcare domain
- An ability to think outside-of-the-box to generate creative solutions to problems
- An ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- An ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Skilled at working within a dynamic, team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals
