It doesn't have to read like a telegram — be friendly and funny, but keep it to just one paragraph if you can.] Job Title:- Senior Remedy IT Solutions Developer Location:- Des Moines , Iowa ( Hybrid ) Job Type:- Contract Duration:- Long Term Exp – 9+ Job Description: Requirements - BMC Remedy Helix Software Management Suite Experience with Remedy Helix ITSM Software Management Suite, Helix Innovation Suite iPaaS, Progressive Web Applications, True Sight Orchestration, SmartIT, Digital Workplace Advanced, Atrium CMDB and Discovery (ADDM). Also, 6 years of design, development and integration experience with: Angular, NodeJS, Rest Web Services, JSON, PostgreSQL. Certification in ITIL 4. • Technically develop, maintain and enhance Remedy Helix OnDemand Version 21.3 or greater, using BMC Remedy Developer Studio to customize forms, fields, overlay, workflows and related system components in accordance with project requirements. • Development of Progressive Web Applications and building workflows using iPaaS. • Demonstrated experience using IBM Watson to build Chatbot skills, Jitterbit platform to create scripts and API calls • Refinements to the BMC Discovery application and emerging trends that indicate improved efficiency and quality of the CMDB. • Support of ITSM application modules: Incident, Change, Problem, SRM, CMDB • Support Grafana to build reports and dashboards to measure service management processes. • Collaborate with other Remedy developers to determine the optimal solution architecture to ensure application efficiency, maintainability, and scalability. • Collaborate with the Remedy team to develop high-level system narratives, storyboards, and user interface prototypes. • Develop system test plans, ensure software quality assurance (SQA) standards are achieved, and validate that business goals are accomplished. • Complete projects/tasks on a timely basis, according to commitments made to stakeholders and management. • Proactively update team and maintain open and courteous communication. • Report project/task status to the Remedy Platform Engineer on a weekly basis. Other Responsibilities • Developer is responsible for internal application development and Level 3 Production Support and fulfill BMC Incident requests. • Follow formal code development, migration and Change Management processes .
