Opening for System support Engineer (Mainframe IMS)-Remote






Role -  Mainframe IMS/IDMS Support Engineer
Location – Remote

 

SKILLS :

1. Installation, upgrade and maintenance of IMS DB/DC and related products

2. Sound knowledge in SMPE

3. Familiarity with problem determination, security and performance tuning.

4. Usage of IMS performance reports/metrics to analyse improvements.

5. Good experience with software maintenance.

 

Essential Knowledge :

Excellent Communication skills

Strong troubleshooting

Vendor coordination & ticket coordination

Business knowledge, Application team coordination

 

Desirable :

Experience in supporting PROD environments.
