Job Description:

  • Lead the team of Domain consultants & help in elevating their domain knowledge
  • Provide necessary Thought leadership to the client by bringing in best practices being followed by other carriers
  • Help with competitive analysis, benchmarking
  • Look at the Client’s way of working across various value streams and suggest opportunities for improvements  from a domain perspective
  • Work closely with the broader solutions team to develop effective POCs/solutions
  • Establish close rapport with Client’s Management and Business teams & work with them to translate their business needs to IT needs
