Hi Team,   Hope you are doing well.   Title: IT Business Analyst (Insurance domain) Location: Rolling Meadows , IL (Start with 1 month Remote)    Experience- 8+ years   Role and Responsibilities: JD for the Role :  Experience: 8 - 10+ year experience in P&C TPA Insurance domain   Key requisites:   1.           Confident in stakeholder interactions    2.           Excellent with Functional Testing . 3.           Extensive knowledge of P&C insurance TPA Domain & Workers Compensation LOB 4.           Strong proficiency in English language, including verbal and written     Skills & Attributes   The following skills are required to be successful in performing this position:   Must have: 1.    Knowledge of business operations across underwriting, Policy admin/claims/Billing for Insurance and agile based implementations 2.    Business analysis skills to document and close requirements/use cases//business requirements documents/functional specification documents/ product back logs 3.    Extensive knowledge of P&C policy administration & claims related business processes. Excellent understanding of Workers compensation LOB. 4.    Excellent hands on of Functional testing knowledge with multiple technologies. 5.    Knowledge and awareness of various technologies utilized in insurance domain. Like Legacy Tandem, Web .Net . 6.    Agile methodology, deliverables as relevant for requirements gathering/business analysis/functional analysis. 7.    Ability to work independently 8.    Good presentation skills 9. Hands on Manual & Automation Testing is plus. 10. Experience in Insurance domain is rally required.   Nice to have: 1.    Exposure to working with Workers Compensation LOB 2.    Experience in Testing on Legacy Technologies HP NON STOP Tandem.
