Job Description:

QualApps is looking for a Senior Technical Leads for one of its Public Sector clients (govt entity) based in Sacramento, California. The candidate should have the following skills/experience.

1. Minimum two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years in designing and supporting the applications using API Gateway.

2. Minimum of seven (7) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in designing and developing Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) applications.

3. Minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in architecting, designing, and developing scalable, secure Web based applications.

4. Minimum of five (5) combined years of experience within the last seven (7) years in the development and implementation of Spring Core, Spring Model View Controller(MVC), Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Eclipse, Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) and Hibernate JPA frameworks.

5. minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last seven (7) years of end-to-end performance tuning experience.

6. Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years utilizing network or application performance analysis tools.

7. Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years of performing continuous application integration and deployment using Jenkins, Git (or similar tool[s]), Sonar (or similar tool[s]), and Selenium (or similar tool[s]).

8. Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years developing and implementing Web services using Representational State Transfer (REST).

9. implemented at least two (2) Symantec Products for IDM, SSO, API Gateway, DIR, or SIP within the last three (3) years.

10. Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years combined business analysis experience.

11. Minimum of three (3) years of combined experience in stakeholder communication, conducting sprint meetings, tracking project risks, and other agile project-related tasks within the previous five (5) years.

12. At least two (2) combined years of experience within the last seven (7) years in the development and implementation of Micro Services Architecture, containerization (Docker), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

13. Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years developing and using automated load and stress testing tool scripts including JMeters.

14. Experience performing agile project management tasks in support of information technology projects.
