| Hi, Please go through the JD and revert me your interest in the same :- Informatica Lead Location : West Bend, WI / Hybrid Lead experience is must and need day one onsite consultant for this role Key Responsibilities : • Provide leadership in the ETL and the Data Integration space, from the requirements phase through delivery • Perform planning, estimation, scheduling, prioritization, and coordination of technical activities related to ETL-based applications • Establish best practices on ETL, ELT, database designs / SQL across the organization • Proven strength in interpreting customer business needs and translating them into the application and operational requirements • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills with proven strength in applying root-cause analysis • Ability to communicate verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all levels • Dedicated to excellence in one’s work; strong organizational skills; detail-oriented and thorough • Able to prioritize work by dividing time, attention, and effort between current project workload and ongoing support tasks • Ability to solve technical challenges faced by the team • Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new elements (Knowledge, Skills & Experience) • Strong Data Leader with over 12 years of experience handling multiple and complex Informatica projects. • Hands-on experience with data platform development and production support engagements. • In-depth knowledge and strong experience in Informatica. • Good understanding of ETL and ELT best practices and experience with ETL and ETL Mapping documentation. • Experience in Data Modelling and Data Warehousing tools and technologies • Strong scripting skills in Perl and Bash, Unix commands, and Shell Scripting • Leadership Skills, Mentoring, Onsite/Offshore • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile Methodologies • Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments Regards,
