Below is the summary of the position:   Role – Business System Analyst Location – Mount Laurel, New Jersey (Remote) Job Description:  Overview of the program. Large program which entails Credit Card, affecting all areas in card. From origination to charging off in card.    The BSA skillsets should include: ·        Experience in and understanding of card lifecycle - ·        Ability to communicate with all stakeholders including business product owners, architects and engineers and Facilitate discussions eliciting requirements to deliver to engineers, QA testers, developers etc. ·        Ability to appropriate technical requirements through various means of analysis: reading through the technical documents, etc. in order to determine: ·        What API's need to be built, what file feeds, letters and disclosures need to be produced. ·        Experience with working on two methodologies: Agile and Waterfall Core processor – set the parameters for the specific product that they lay into the platform. There will be modules in the core processor. the BSA will assist in establish the parameters necessary in the platform so that it works as expected in the environment. Account Conversion: Industry conversion experience: FDR, Fiserv, Experion, Global Pay - people who have worked or preformed roles within the conversion space. Merchant and POS- Expertise working with a retail partner who has a POS device where Credit cards are offered, we need this expertise. Data - All the data in the card ecosystem will be maintained in the public loud in the future. So they need to understand data, data structures and cloud to work with the engineers and the SA's Collateral - Letters statements plastics. If they have TS2, tysis, DDS, if they have experience here or FDR or fiserv experience on their collateral (waterfall) Daily responsibilities- work in the pods or work groups. Meet with the teams frequently and often. Each areas has teams that are PO's and Architects, Scrum Masters etc.     Experience with the following aspects of the card lifecycle in order to fit into the defined workstreams/projects: Skills: Business Systems Analysts: 5 years. They have to have business acumen Credit card experience Document technical requirements Worked with technical teams to convey business requirements to technical requirements Data mapping.
