Hello ,   Greetings!   This is  Reena Kumari from VBeyond Corp. We are a global recruitment company with specialization in hiring of IT professionals. One of our clients is looking for .    Title: Production Support Location: Fremont/SFO, CA Client: Wells Fargo Responsibilities include: • Production support including resolution of complex technical issues, provide expertise in partnership with application teams, vendor applications and infrastructure partners. • Responsible for the continual update and maintenance of applications and systems, including routine updates, vulnerability remediation, capacity assessments and technology refreshes. • Lead the resolution of complex issues to meet established service level agreements. • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex computer application problems or restore service. • Respond to monitoring alerts, troubleshoot to root cause during failures. • Managing and execution of change events, including enhancements, upgrades and patching. • Strategically analyze complex business problems and develop solutions, including designing and creating solutions to problems. • Partner and collaborate with Enterprise business partners and technology teams • Act as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting. Required Qualifications 7+ years of application development and implementation experience 5+ years of Red Hat Linux or UNIX experience 5+ years of distributed servers platform experience 3+ years of Middleware experience in Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere etc. 3+ years of Webserver experience in NGNIX, Apache etc. Knowledge of network systems including F5, route traffic through subnets, virtual network gateways etc. 2+ years of Splunk, AppDynamic experience Desired Qualifications Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 2+ years of ServiceNow experience Knowledge and understanding of technology development: high-availability and high-volume transaction processing systems A BS/BA degree or higher Knowledge of Java, software lifecycle release tools (UDeploy, Subversion, Github), workflow tools, or other experience in application support.   I would appreciate if you could reach out on my below mentioned contact coordinates, should the position be of interest to you.
