Adding more teams and requirements into his work streams
Process Improvements
Documenting design, technical and process flow
Best practices, some documented but need to be revisited
Understanding of SF solution and Architecture
Solutioning to partner with Lead Salesforce Architect and teams to follow with BP
Should be able to stand in a meeting without him
Hands on from a standpoint of analysis around product and sandbox configs
Do Demos to stake holders
Back Log and new initiatives coming up
Evaluating a few new products, like FS cloud
Service Cloud Voice to replace Amazon Connect
Emails from SF, Cap 1 Approvals
Partners with Product teams for new tools and features
