Job Description

 

Must have

PMP certification is must, Agile methodologies, SAP FICO AMS project experience

 

Minimum 7+ yrs. experience as PM – Onsite: US.

Mandates: PMP Certified, Must ready work at Brunswick NJ, US premise from Day 1

 

1.            Manage Projects/enhancements and AMS related to SAP

2.            Should be from SAP FICO / Supply chain background.

3.            Coordinate with various Practices within the organization for proposal/SOW preparation and track it to closure.

4.            Work with business and lead for FICO and problem management idea generation

5.            Provide onsite US support for engagement(s), working with LTI teams to address customer focus, concerns and requirements

a.            Get credit for good work that is done by the team based on data-driven techniques

b.            Turn escalations into better understanding and future solid progress

c.             Build confidence in LTI performance

d.            Identify and cultivate members of the evolving chain of command and their concerns and business requirements

6.            Focus on rapidly evolving customer requirements and what that means to the current and future LTI contract structures

a.            Provide ideas and leadership for widening the scope of current engagements

b.            Provide ideas and leadership for new related engagements

c.             Provide ideas and leadership for Net New engagements

7.            Should be flexible, Agile and has experience in applying various project and service management methods, tools and technique.

8.            Ensure all services are delivered in steady state in accordance as per agreed Policies and Procedures.

9.            Manage daily/ weekly performance against the SLAs 

10.          Manage the critical incidents

11.          Team management 

12.          Work with Client to understand and execute any in-scope enhancements and Application currency.

13.          Escalate risks and issues to client leadership.

14.          Oversee and drive transition in accordance with transition plan

15.          Ensures completion and sign off on all the relevant documents
